Your Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support and cybersecurity consulting to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
• Design and recommend security solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
• Document client interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with development and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
