Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Credit Card Department

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with assistance regarding their credit card inquiries, including applications, billing issues, and account management. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding credit card services.
• Provide accurate information about credit card products, benefits, and terms.
• Assist customers with account management and resolve billing disputes or card issues.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems.
• Collaborate with the credit card department team to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Keep updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide informed support.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with credit card services and financial regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer service software and technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
