In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking customers with a range of technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to enhance their experience with our services. Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance to Italian-speaking clients through various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers in using our products and features to maximize their experience.
• Keep thorough records of support inquiries and resolutions within our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues for further investigation and resolution.
• Remain informed about product updates and technical changes to provide accurate support.
• Build positive relationships with customers by delivering personalized support and assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to customers effectively.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is beneficial.
• A self-starter with good organizational skills and the ability to manage time well.
• Motivated to learn about new technologies and continuously improve support skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts to accommodate customer service requirements.
