Italian Speaking Workforce Support Assistant

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Speaking Workforce Support Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of workforce management activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking team members to ensure clarity in tasks and objectives.
• Assist in monitoring workforce performance and providing feedback to enhance productivity.
• Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce metrics and operations.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and support workforce initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Provide support in resolving any workforce-related issues that may arise.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Experience in workforce management, human resources, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with workforce management systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
