• Record interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance and reporting.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and conversational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly in a consumer-focused environment.

• Familiarity with customer support software and troubleshooting tools is advantageous.
