Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
• Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and posts, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Identify and escalate critical issues or trends to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction on social media.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to provide recommendations for enhancing our social media presence.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and social media trends to provide informed responses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, services, and company initiatives through social media channels.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
