Dutch Speaking - Customer Service Representative

In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive the service they deserve.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients through various channels, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to our products and services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage customer concerns
• Educate clients about product features and troubleshoot any issues
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvements
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about our product offerings

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering quality service
• Experience with CRM and customer service platforms is a plus
