Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department for one of our clients! Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to ride-sharing services, app functionalities, and account inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and feedback
• Provide clear and relevant information about the app's features and promotions
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services
• Engage in regular training to stay up-to-date with app updates and enhancements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tech or ride-sharing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
