Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department for one of our clients! In this crucial Entry Level role, you will be the first line of communication for our German-speaking users, providing dedicated support and assistance as they navigate our online marketplace platform. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German through email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and transactions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and best practices

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and online marketplace dynamics
