Italian Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Transportation Services Department! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance regarding their transportation inquiries and needs. Your fluency in Italian will ensure that we maintain clear and effective communication with our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to transportation services, routes, and schedules
• Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide detailed information about service options and logistics
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our offerings

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
