In this essential role, you will be the go-to source of support for our Portuguese-speaking clients as they create and distribute their online content. Your role will be vital in providing them with the assistance they need to maximize their success on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with questions related to platform functionality and features
• Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Work closely with internal teams to address client feedback and concerns
• Guide clients on best practices for content creation and platform utilization
• Participate in continuous training to remain up-to-date with platform upgrades and changes

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the online or content creation fields
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
