Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online retail platform and enhancing their shopping experience.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about products, order status, returns, and any other concerns they may have. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of our online retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, orders, and return processes
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our services
- Stay informed on current promotions, products, and trends within the online retail industry
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
