Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Consumer Goods Department! In this essential Junior role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing support regarding our diverse range of consumer goods. Your expertise in the Slovak language will be vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to product information, order status, and returns
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Provide detailed information about products and promotions to enhance customer engagement
• Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product details and policies

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
