Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with questions regarding mobile software features, troubleshooting, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns
• Provide users with guidance on optimizing their usage of our software tools
• Gather user feedback to help improve our products and services
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on software updates and features

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in technology or software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering excellent support
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software applications
