Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this engaging Junior role, you will deliver outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries related to fitness products and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Spanish will be vital as you guide clients through product information, help with order placements, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your passion for fitness and sports will enhance the customer experience, helping us promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection, order status, and return processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and fulfilment teams to ensure a smooth order experience
- Stay informed about new fitness trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable support
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and services
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport
- Experience in customer service, particularly in fitness or retail, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping customers achieve their goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
