Principal Demand Generation Campaign Manager #1760

Position Overview: As a Principal Demand Generation Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key driver of quality incremental pipeline for assigned sales and account management teams.

Develop, manage, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns leveraging data insights across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, and creative, to ensure alignment and success of campaigns.

Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to build, execute, and measure campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Work with product marketing to conduct thorough market research and audience segmentation to identify target segments, buyer personas, and key pain points, tailoring campaigns accordingly.

Understand the target personas to drive the creation and/or use of compelling and engaging content assets, such as landing pages, emails, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to drive lead generation and nurture leads through the funnel.

Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve predetermined KPIs.  

Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign elements, including messaging, creative assets, and audience targeting.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience (X years) in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the [industry/niche] sector.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results and contribute to revenue growth.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary range of $125800-$177600. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
