Sr. Project Manager, Business Transformation - #1686

Position Summary:

 

The Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation will manage key cross-functional initiatives designed to support operational excellence, drive business growth, and improve organizational efficiency. This role will partner with departmental leaders to develop, implement, and oversee impactful programs that address critical business challenges and deliver measurable results.

 

Expected Duties:

 

-Manage Key Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and organizational efficiency through partnerships with departmental leaders.

-Lead Projects: Oversee mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and focus on process optimization, operational improvements, and scalability.

-Develop Project Plans: Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, tracking progress and mitigating risks.

-Spearhead Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs to foster adoption and minimize resistance.

-Leverage Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure program success, refine initiatives, and provide regular updates to departmental leaders and stakeholders.

-Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams across departments such as product, sales, customer success, finance, and IT to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

 

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

-Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.

-Professional Background: 3+ years in business transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization.

- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead mid-to-large scale projects from initiation to successful completion, delivering measurable business outcomes. Skilled in influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring cohesive execution across cross-functional teams. Experienced in leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

-Process Improvement: Experience with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

-Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and experience developing strategies for successful adoption of initiatives.

-SaaS Expertise: Familiarity with SaaS business models and key business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).

-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess unusual circumstances and devise creative solutions.

-Relationship Building: Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners, often requiring persuasion and influence.

Salary range of $94,500 - $133,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
