This part-time position (10–20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic coordination and hands-on execution. As our Strategic Executive Assistant, you’ll work directly with the CEO to streamline operations, tackle complex challenges, and drive efficiency—both professionally and personally.
• In-Person Requirement: You will be expected to work at least four days per week at our coworking space, Temescal Works in Oakland, to facilitate collaboration and maintain our high-impact, balanced work culture.

We’re seeking an individual who is:
– Highly Organized & Proactive: You anticipate needs before they arise and ensure smooth operations.

– Discreet & Trustworthy: You manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Coordinator.
• Background in startups or rapidly growing companies is a plus.
– Part-Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
– Competitive Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
– Location: Primarily in-person at Temescal Works in Oakland (minimum four days per week), with some remote flexibility
