Mill is seeking a creative Organic Social Strategist and Creator to shape our story. In this role, you’ll own Organic Social creative from A to Z. You’ll be responsible for managing Mill’s content calendar, producing, concepting, planning, shooting and editing video and photo creative, writing copy and publishing all social content. While this position is not responsible for all community management, you will be responsible for monitoring for UGC and regramming relevant content. Mill is looking for an experienced creator who is creative, passionate about food, cooking and the environment, and skillful in translating social and cultural trends for brand content.
What you'll do:
This role will own organic social creative production, prioritization short-form video and Instagram.

You should have 2-3 years creating content, ideally in house for a brand, including:
Role is full-time freelance with a three month scope. Expected flexibility to be in San Bruno, CA regularly for in person content capture and relevant meetings.
