We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Social Media Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, to develop and implement effective social media strategies. While this position does not involve creating video content, your deep understanding of these platforms' dynamics and best practices is crucial for optimizing our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business goals, with a strong emphasis on leveraging insights from YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok trends.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth across all social media channels.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Platform Optimization:
• Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum visibility and engagement, applying your knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance social media discoverability.
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Community Management & Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and direct messages, and engage with our online community.
• Identify and address potential issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and engaging online community.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Utilize data from YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and 1 best practices.  
• Maintain clear and effective communication in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Preferred Skills:
