We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager (Social & Search) to join our dynamic, fast-paced boutique creative social and digital agency, supporting work for a leading health and technology client. This role is critical in planning and executing multi-channel paid media strategies across search platforms such as Google and Bing, and social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through strategic planning, precise execution, and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive media strategies tailored to client goals across search and social platforms.
Define audience and targeting strategies based on campaign objectives and available data.
Recommend budgets by channel and tactic, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Set up accounts and campaigns within native platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Create and manage ad units, ensuring creative aligns with audience and platform specifications.
Launch and manage media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs and objectives and implement ongoing optimizations to ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.
Collaborate and share learnings with other media and creative teams to support cross-channel ideation and optimization.
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
4-5+ years of experience in paid media management, with agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in native advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
Experience with audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding campaign objectives.
Salary Range
Depending upon experience, salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000.
