Business Development Representative

Anantya.ai is a leading CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) provider, specializing in messaging solutions, including SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and AI-driven chat automation. Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries. 

·       Sales Pitch & Presentations: Effectively present Anantya’s messaging solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions. 

·       Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business partnerships. 

·       Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands to refine sales strategies. 

·       Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. 

·       Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts. 

·       Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully.

Key Skills & Requirements

·       1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the CPaaS, SaaS, or IT industry. 

·       Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS solutions, and chatbot automation is a plus. 

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

·       Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals. 

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 

·       Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation tools.
