Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and presentations.
  • Assist in processing orders and managing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales department and other internal teams.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
