Key Accounts Director, US
Field Based
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to manage and grow strategic partnerships within the oncology sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oncology market, coupled with exceptional skills in client relationship management and business development. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions for our key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales objectives and growth targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary contact for key oncology accounts, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to deliver customized solutions.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, sales forecasts, and presentations to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology therapies, breast cancer, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years sales, or business development within oncology or the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum of 2 years of specific Key Accounts experience specific to breast cancer is ideal
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of oncology treatments and industry trends.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Other: Willingness to travel as required.
