     • Competitive Pay: Team members earn an average of $1,100 per week. Top performers are bringing in around $1,500 per week!

📞 What You’ll Do

     • Outbound Calls: Engage with guests to help them plan and finalize vacation reservations.

     • Persuade & Inspire: Use your skills to encourage guests to make a vacation reservation they weren’t planning at the start of the call.

     • Collect Payments: Confidently guide guests through the payment process as part of securing their booking. 💳

     • Follow a Proven Process: Adhere to structured scripts and guidelines to engage guests and achieve goals.

     • Create Memorable Experiences: Help guests lock in their plans and turn their travel dreams into reality. 🌴

     • Achieve Goals: Use dynamic scripts to connect with guests and meet production expectations.

📍 Job Details

     • Schedule: Multiple shifts available Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM to 12:30 AM.

     • Location: On-site in West Palm Beach, FL. Must live in or be able to commute to West Palm Beach daily.

     • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older due to industry best practices for telemarketing financial transactions.
