We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and help lead our international operations in our three newly established markets - the USA, Ireland and Australia. 


As our International Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our international fulfilment partners deliver for our customers, with a passion for driving our Operations strategic planning, as well as an interest in working across international markets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international fulfilment partners, ensuring that they deliver for our customers in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to successfully expand our existing international operations, inclusive of leading on the introduction of new product ranges.
  • Working closely with fulfilment partners to ensure operational processes are implemented to support the introduction of new products
  • Developing our International Operations strategy for expansion in these new markets, inclusive of identifying optimal operational models
  • Overseeing the procurement process for international operations, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Improving our supply chain processes and accuracy in stock forecasting
  • Collaborating with international teams, including Commercial, Marketing and Operations, to ensure the successful launch and distribution of new products in international markets
  • Identifying and leading projects that will drive improvements in operational performance across international markets
  • Managing and coaching the Junior Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to support their development and drive high performance


You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:
  • Demonstrable experience in Operations programme management in an international context, ideally working with 3PL providers
  • Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to undertake root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability in international marketsA proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Flexibility, being adept at engaging with key external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
