Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Paid Ads Video Editor to join our creative team. If you're passionate about digital media and have experience editing for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll create high-impact videos optimized for paid social ads that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you’ll help craft dynamic video content that aligns with our strategy and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos tailored for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Ensure that each video is optimized for the respective platform’s best practices, including aspect ratio, video length, and engagement-driving features.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ideate and conceptualize engaging video content. Help shape the visual style, tone, and approach of our paid ads campaigns to increase viewer engagement and conversion.
- Tailor content to the specific requirements and trends of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Stay updated with the latest trends and features on these platforms, applying them creatively to paid ads.
- Utilize Figma and Photoshop to create additional visual assets needed for the video edits, including graphics, overlays, text animations, and other design elements.
- Work closely with copywriters and marketing teams to integrate compelling ad copy and call-to-action (CTA) into video content, ensuring a seamless and persuasive viewer experience.
- Analyze the performance of video ads and collaborate with the marketing team to tweak and optimize videos based on key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), engagement, and conversion.
- Strong experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop for creating custom graphics, visual assets, and optimizing video content for paid ads.
- Proven experience creating and editing content specifically for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with a clear understanding of their unique video requirements and trends.
- Ability to merge creative video production with data-driven insights to optimize ad performance and engagement.
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring that all content is visually cohesive, high-quality, and error-free.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing your previous work, particularly in paid social media ads, is required for consideration.
