YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will work directly with the CEO and a Senior Account Manager on driving transformative growth results for a small portfolio of close cooperation clients, all based in the UK.

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketer who excels at strategic & creative thinking, ideation and in hands-on execution and getting things done well. You will be responsible for directly doing or managing and overseeing the entire marketing delivery for multiple high-ticket B2B offers and will be compensated with bonuses for success.

1] Ideation, Strategy & Offer

  • You need to be able to extract the information you need to run successful campaigns from the client and be able to run a Strategy/Discovery Workshop with them.
  • You need to be able to take the insights you have about clients and develop high leverage strategies and approaches that are going to produce results, no basic or generic approaches, but high-quality strategies that drive results once executed.
  • You need to have business acumen and be able to understand client offers, specific industry nuances and other offer-specific data quickly and accurately.

2] Angle Development & Direct Response Copywriting

  • You need to be able to take initial strategies and ideas and convert them into high-quality marketing angles that will resonate with the target persona.
  • You need to be able to write direct response VSL copy completely, ads copy and email copy that generates qualified leads.
  • You need to have an extensive understanding of angle and campaign optimisation and be able to make data-driven decisions and take action to get results to meet KPI.

3] Cold Email & Meta/LinkedIn Ads Management

  • You need to understand how Cold Email works as a channel and be willing to stay on the front line of industry trends.
  • You need to have experience setting up, managing and evaluating Meta/Facebook/LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • You need to have experience setting up landing pages, funnels and Meta Ads Pixel Tracking.

4] Systems & Team

  • You need to be able to systematise complex tasks into processes others can follow and be able to delegate portions of your work to others on the team.
  • You need to be able to coach and train team members and achieve results through collaboration.
  • You need to be able to constantly identify opportunities for growth and put forward initiatives to pursue them.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing and advertising
  • Strong copywriting experience
  • Excellent numerical skills, including utilisation of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Hands-on experience working with Instantly/Smartlead and/or Meta Ads Manager, directly managing campaigns
  • Experience working in a startup environment and building a team/department
  • General "good taste," including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication
  • Must be a pro at communication with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across all departments
  • Self-directed and able to work closely with a high-performance CEO
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to drive the marketing efforts forward
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings if needed
  • Willing to be a sponge, take information, learn quickly, execute fast.
  • Self-learner and actively interested in industry trends

Pay:

  • On Target Earnings: R60,000 - R120,000 ZAR / month
  • Based on track record and experience
  • Specifics discussed in the interview process
  • If you are truly good, you will make over R120k/m within your first 6 months
  • Invitation to an equity share scheme after successful 12 months
