Senior Business Analyst/System Analyst

Tasks:

• Collaborate with Business and Technical stakeholders to develop effective business service applications;
• Identify business requirements and recommend system design improvements;
• Assist QA managers in selecting appropriate testing methods;
• Evaluate operational objectives and output requirements;
• Design solutions based on analyzed requirements;
• Create workflow charts and diagrams;
• Examine system capabilities;
• Work with the Product Owner to draft secure and high-performance requirements;
• Enhance systems by analyzing current practices and proposing modifications;
• Identify issues and recommend procedure improvements;
• Update and maintain system protocols;
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations;
• Create application specifications based on stakeholder needs;
• Implement best practices aligned with client industry standards;
• Review and ensure the quality of documentation.

• Collaborative approach with a focus on problem-solving;
• Proficient understanding of enterprise software as well as software development methodologies, particularly in frontend and backend integration technologies relevant to the banking sector;
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Spring Boot, Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL systems, along with both Synchronous and Asynchronous service architectures;
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, along with fluent Hungarian language skills;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Atlassian tools;
• Experience and knowledge in business process modeling (BPM);
• Capability to develop clear and precise UML flowcharts, with proficiency in tools like Draw.io, Visio, PlantUML, as well as designing REST APIs in OpenAPI, managing queues (Kafka is an asset), and drafting interface specifications;
