We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, fix-it-all spirited Financial Analyst to help our Finance team reach the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the definition, planning, and execution of the company’s day-to-day operational tasks, reporting directly to the Finance department’s lead.

📊 What You’ll Do

➤ Assist in the conciliations of costs and accounts payable: review bank and credit card statements, collect invoices, control accounts, and update internal records (at least once a week)

➤ Help update, maintain, and fix the company’s internal financial reports (daily)

➤ Assist in the preparation of economic and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)

➤ Support treasury tasks, banking operations, and relationships with financial institutions (ongoing)

➤ Handle payments and invoice processing (weekly)

➤ Work with external accountants on tax declarations, payment withholdings, and compliance documentation (at least twice a week)

➤ Monitor the Business Plan and report deviations (monthly)

🚀 Your First Months at Mutt

📆 First Month: You’ll go through an onboarding process, meet the team, and progressively take over day-to-day Financial Analyst tasks to improve our financial structure.

📆 First Quarter: You’ll operate daily financial processes, manage accounts payable, financial reporting, and collaborate with external advisors. You’ll also help design improvements to financial processes that support our high-paced growth.

📆 Beyond: You’ll work, improve, and collaborate on the full financial and accounting process, shaping the future of our finance operations.

💻 Required Skills & Experience

✓ 2-3 years of experience in similar roles

✓ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or administration

✓ Advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets

✓ Understanding of accounting principles, billing, and cost management

✓ Experience in cash flow management, treasury, and financial operations

✓ Analytical mindset & great team player

✓ Willingness to learn and adopt new technology tools

✓ Proactive, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✓ Intermediate English proficiency

✓ Experience in ERP system implementation

✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
