Job Description

In this exciting 12 month fixed term contract, you will drive strategic marketing solutions to help NRMA achieve objectives and targets, specifically in relation to our roadside and motoring portfolio. The role is responsible for leading the annual marketing plan for motoring products, and other roadside initiatives as required, to achieve demand (lead generation), acquisition & retention targets.

This role works with the business stakeholders to assist on the creation of compelling offers, propositions & communication channels to meet these targets and by developing and executing best in class marketing campaigns within the marketing budget. Enjoy working 4 days a week – 2 WFH and 2 in the office.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the product portfolio communications platform across Media, Comms and Creative
  • Work with Product Managers and Sales & Operations team to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product proposition
  • Develop segmented campaigns or testing based on prior learnings and identified opportunities
  • Work closely with the Data team to use data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaigns
  • Development and overseeing of end-to end batteries and other roadside/motoring products marketing campaigns across all relevant media channels
  • Maintain spend within batteries and other motoring products budget for annual business planning approval

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary level qualification in marketing or business
  • 5+ years’ experience specifically in marketing
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Experience in developing annual marketing communications plans and reports
  • Experience in budget preparation and tracking
  • Experience managing cross functional teams
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and drive the marketing strategy agenda for portfolio
  • Ideally experience with Google Looker Studio, META and / or Braze but not essential
