About the Role

Are you ready to drive big growth and make an impact? As an Enterprise Partner Business Development Manager, you’ll be the key to strengthening MYOB’s partner network and expanding our reach.


You’ll work closely with our incredible partners, helping them thrive with our MYOB Acumatica products while growing our presence in exciting new markets. Think of yourself as the ultimate matchmaker—identifying, recruiting, and onboarding valuable resellers who share our vision for success.

What will keep you busy...
  • Develop and deliver strategic programs to attract new customers and grow share-of-wallet (SOW) within the existing customer base
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners into the MYOB partner ecosystem
  • Foster strong relationships between customers, MYOB, and channel partners to ensure mutual success
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding partner needs and supporting their success
  • Establish and manage commercial agreements to drive partner performance
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and find opportunities to champion within MYOB


What we'd love to see from you...
  • Extensive experience in channel sales within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of getting results through partner channels
  • Exceptional partner engagement, collaboration, and influence skills, particularly at senior levels
  • Strong business and commercial competence, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and self-direct effectively
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and achieve results in a high-performance culture
  • Relevant qualification or substantial experience, coupled with flexibility and a commitment to organisational goals
