One of our portfolio companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts for an online B2C company, including increasing brand awareness, user acquisition and conversion. The role includes oversight of the brand, brand communications and digital marketing activities to amplify our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand marketing and digital marketing strategies along with management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness; And grow user base, engagement and conversions.
• Devise strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative, setting current and long-term goals for internal teams
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies, including overseeing SEO and SEM activities
• Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.

• 6+ years as VP Marketing Manager, Marketing Director or Marketing Manager in an online B2C company
• Experience in user acquisition and growth marketing.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in Paid Search, Affiliate and SEO.
• Familiarity with acquisition analysis and A/B testing.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the startup or venture capital space is a plus.
• Excellent English level (Advanced and + - its a MUST)
