Associate Principal Consultant - Business Analyst

We are seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, and Agile methodologies to define the product vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to build innovative AI-powered solutions that align with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & Execute Product Strategy:
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-driven applications.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the AI/LLM space.
• Product Development & Roadmap Prioritization:
• Work with engineering and data science teams to translate product vision into detailed requirements.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure continuous alignment with Agile best practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

AI & LLM Expertise:

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define model requirements and evaluate AI solutions.
• Understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI principles.
• Drive experiments, model fine-tuning, and AI feature enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and end-users.
• Effectively communicate product insights, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
• Create detailed documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• User Experience & Market Research:
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on AI-powered product features.
• Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation strategies.

Must have Skills: Generative AI Fundamentals (Strong), Program Backlog Management (Expert), Jira.

• Strong experience in Product Management / Business Analysis, preferably in AI, ML, or LLM-based products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Familiarity with AI/ML model evaluation metrics and fine-tuning strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, with experience using SQL, analytics tools, or A/B testing.

Leadership:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI workflows, or prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Agile Product Management.
