Nambe', a renowned leader in the design and crafting of distinctive home decor and giftware is opening our first retail location in the thriving shopping center of Inwood Village and is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will become the face of Nambe', engaging directly with customers and providing them with an unparalleled shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers, offering personalized product knowledge, and assisting them in finding the perfect items to suit their needs. You'll also help maintain our store's beautiful displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Nambe' products and make tailored recommendations.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Efficiently process customer transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and product placement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shopping environment.

• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude is key.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
• Interest in home decor and style is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions are required.
