National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Admin Assistant for our location in Houston, TX 77032.

Job Responsibilities:
Dispatch and monitor drivers activity, handle drivers and customers phone calls, prepare one and two-day paperwork. Update entry systematically in regards to truck activity and warehouse activity.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday
7:00A.M. - 3:30P.M.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate:
$15.00/Hr.
**Weekly pay**
Requirements:
-Must be authorize to lawfully work in the US.
-Being Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish speaker)
-Have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
-Be able to start working as soon as possible.
-Background check will be conducted.
-Have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
