The Entertainment Production Center team is launching Rental Tracker Pro, an asset management and inventory system!
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Field verification and validation of Assets and Asset integration into RT Pro software program.
• Will assist in, tagging assets with barcodes/asset verification numbers, data entry of assets and working alongside management to create the process for asset tracking and inventory management.
• Verify Ent Assets within the warehouse and offsite storage locations then updating RT Pro Data if inconsistencies are present.
• Ensure RT Pro data captures bar codes, RFID tags, Asset Verification Number, and Venue, while also including proper labeling, taking/uploading pictures of the assets and measurements into RT Pro.
• Work with Inventory, Planning, and Assets Team to ensure Assets are tagged correctly and linked to the proper RT Pro Asset.
• Creating Supporting Documents
• Assist in creating workflows and outlining process to external stakeholders.
• Assist in creating dashboards and charts from RT Pro Asset Data.
Pay Range: $18-$25/hour

• Theme Park Operations knowledge and experience
• Theater background
• Asset Management and inventory experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management within an office and in-field environment
• Strong team player

• Ability to multi-task and be flexible is essential
• Required skills in Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Desired but not required skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
