Influencer Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists, ensuring KPIs are met
• Identify and research potential streamers, influencers, and content creators.
• Analyze influencer metrics, audience demographics, and engagement rates to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Build and maintain a database of influencers for current and future campaigns
• Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage influencers
• Create customized pitch proposals.
• Collaborate closely with social media and marketing teams to align campaigns objectives and influencer deliverables.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables between internal teams and influencers.
• Management of influencer-tagged content.
• Monitor team's projects.

• Proven experience in managing APAC KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns.
• Strong experience in leading and mentoring a team in an influencer marketing or digital marketing role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer partnerships.
