Join Philz to craft a best-in-class program in our new Marketing Manager, Loyalty role that keeps customers coming back for their cups of love. In this role, you’ll develop smart, data-driven strategies to grow membership, design exciting promotions, and enhance the customer experience. Partnering across teams, you’ll bring the program to life with seamless execution and engaging customer communications—all while fueling a deeper connection to the beloved Philz brand.
This is a remote position, however, you must be based in one of the following Philz markets - California (SF Bay Area or Southern California).

**Compensation & Benefits A reasonable estimate of the starting annual base salary for this role is $115,000 to $125,000. Please note that the base salary will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.
