Join us as a Senior SEO Project Manager to drive organic growth across our 8 European markets through high-impact SEO initiatives.

You will work closely with our Growth team to enhance Qonto's digital presence and help make our financial management solutions more accessible to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and freelancers across Europe.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior SEO Project Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Lead and execute multi-market SEO projects across 8 countries, ensuring consistent growth in organic visibility and traffic

• Design and execute sophisticated link-building campaigns, including digital PR, strategic partnerships, and content-driven outreach to build high-quality backlink profiles across markets

• Build and maintain automated SEO monitoring systems using tools like Lighthouse CI and BigQuery to track performance across markets

• Coordinate with product marketers and content teams to align SEO strategy with Qonto's product roadmap and market-specific needs

• Drive experimentation with emerging SEO trends like Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) to keep Qonto at the forefront of search innovation

• Develop and validate new SEO product concepts through competitive analysis, user research, and market testing

Lead technical SEO initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams to optimize Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, structured data implementation, and international SEO architecture

Your manager will be Oliver Staub, our Global SEO Lead at Qonto.

• His path?

Oliver built his career through diverse experiences in business development and product management at companies like Beat81 and Jack Wolfskin before specializing in SEO. He found his passion in organic growth while at Penta, where he progressed from SEO Manager to SEO & Content Team Lead. Following Penta's merger with Qonto, he took on the role of Global SEO Lead, where he now drives organic growth strategies across Qonto's European markets. Alongside his role at Qonto, he also serves as an organic growth advisor for B2B startups and scale-ups.

Oliver excels in building comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives. His expertise spans across strategic SEO leadership, data-driven decision-making, and content strategy development. He has a proven track record of successfully scaling organic growth for B2B fintech platforms.

Working with Oliver, you'll benefit from his hands-on experience and strategic approach to SEO. He values building high-performing teams while maintaining a positive work environment, bringing both technical expertise and a personable touch to the team dynamic.

🏅 About You:

• Experience: At least 3 years in SEO project management, ideally in an agency.

• SEO Mastery: Strong understanding of, content optimization, and international SEO challenges.

• Project Management Expertise: Experience with Kanban tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello to manage SEO workflows.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – additional European languages are a plus.

• Passion for Tech & AI: Interest in AI-powered SEO innovations and automation to drive efficiency.

• Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working across growth, product, and engineering teams to maximize SEO impact.
