eCommerce Trading Assistant

The Role  

We are on the hunt for an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join our London based eCommerce team to support on all things D2C (Direct-to-Consumer). This entry level full-time permanent position will play a pivotal role in supporting our D2C channels. Reporting to the eCommerce Trading Manager. This role involves day-to-day site activities, optimisation, and operational running of our D2C sites (UK, US & EU websites) including administrative support across the full eCommerce team.

What You Will Do  

• Support the eCommerce Trading Manager with daily site activities, trading, and optimisation of the D2C sites. 
• Support the eCommerce Assistant Trading Mangers with site and product update, stock management and ad hoc administrative tasks across all sites through our Shopify platform.
• Support the eCommerce Assistant Trading Managers with the planning and execution of D2C campaigns. 
• Manage the creation and execution of online promotions and discount codes. 
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. 
• Work closely with our agency to improve SEO across all D2C sites. 
• Use analytics tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics to monitor and improve site performance, focusing on metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, and click rate. 

• Someone who has enthusiasm for Ecommerce
• Analytical skills, ideally with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare).  
• Experience in Excel is desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
• A passion for wellbeing  
• Positive energy that will inspire others 
• Degree/previous studies in a relevant field e.g. eCommerce, Marketing etc.
• Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role is desirable but not required
• Experience with Shopify is desirable but not required
