The Offer Management Analyst is a member of the Voice Product team and serves as the team’s liaison to the Sales organization. In this role, the candidate will provide pricing solutions and business analytics to Sales in accordance with policies and requirements established by the Product organization. Additionally, the role will interface with other organizations such as Finance, Billing, Operations and Information Technology to create and refine processes, resolve problems, and provide supporting data. The candidate will also meet with Customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
· Offer Creation and Management:
o Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and finance teams to develop customized offers, proposals, and quotations for clients.
o Ensure that all offers are accurate, meet client requirements, and are in line with company policies and pricing strategies.
o Support the negotiation process by providing insights into pricing, terms, and services.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales, legal, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of offer-related processes.
o Provide guidance and support to sales teams in presenting offers to clients and responding to client feedback.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary approvals and compliance checks are completed.
· Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and report on offer success factors and product performance.
o Analyze trends in offer acceptance and identify areas for improvement.
o Provide insights into competitive offerings and market pricing.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering ,or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 3+ years of experience in offer management, sales operations, or financial analytics.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
· Proficiency in offer management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to manage multiple offers and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract terms.

The annual starting salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
