Paid Search Specialist

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns for several brands. Your primary focus will be to oversee Branded Search, Non-Branded Search, and YouTube campaigns from strategy to deployment to ongoing management. You will also be responsible for creating weekly reports on the progress of your campaigns in relation to several Key-Performance Metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify strategies for improving performance of Google Ads campaigns
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Strategists for getting the assets required for improving campaign performance
  • Manage and adjust campaign budgets in accordance with each brand’s financial forecasts
  • Contribute to a variety of design projects, including landing pages, Amazon content, website graphics, packaging, and other initiatives.
  • Rapidly Implement Feedback
  • Efficiently Manage Multiple Projects
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising attention to detail or quality.

  • Proven experience in Performance Media Buying, particularly in Google Ads.
  • Examples of successful Non-Branded Search campaigns that have scaled to at least $1000 in spend per day (please be prepared to discuss in an interview)
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including the marketing funnel, direct response copywriting, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to perform competitive research and understand the different marketing tactics being used
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
