About the job:
As the Assistant to the ADP team, you'll be a vital component in driving the daily operations surrounding acquisitions, production, and development. To thrive in this position, you’ll need excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and successful execution of departmental projects.
While immediate advancement opportunities within the ADP Department may be limited, this position offers invaluable experience and is essential to the department's everyday functions. You will report directly to the President of Acquisitions, Development, and Production.

Compensation:
Our target pay range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. Actual base pay may vary within the range based on various considerations, including: work experience, necessary skill levels, specializations, training, budgetary limitations, and prevailing local market conditions. Similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
Our Hybrid Work Model:
This job is located in our New York City office. We spend three days a week working from the office. These intentional in-person days allow us to embrace the benefits of collaboration fully. The remaining days of the week are yours to decide where to work, allowing for a seamless blend of work and personal life.
