Overview: The New York Football Giants are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the creative team. This position will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-stadium signage. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure that all design work aligns with the Giants brand and enhances the overall fan experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver final creative assets in appropriate formats for a range of platforms inclusive of social media, email, web, app, stadium and print
- Bring forward innovative, creative visual ideas and concepts to support and push the team's brand forward across all channels
- Support daily social media calendar and real time game day graphics.
- Assist social media team by following trends and contributing ideas
- Create marketing collateral for ticket sales and premium sales team
- Ability to contribute on motion design and video projects
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within sports or related industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to accurately follow a brand guide. Ensure that all creative work is on-brand and consistent across all channels
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of skills and creative projects from print to digital
- Experience in motion design and video assets is a plus

- Teamwork skills with the ability to work alongside designers and collaboratively with other departments

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion on-deadline, adapting to changing priorities with minimal supervision
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain organized design files and folders to appropriately save all creative work
- Knowledge of the sport of football and excel in a fast- paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn and highly motivated creative problem solver
- Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience in a sports or related graphic design field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and experience designing for social media
Expected Hours of Work
This position is generally expected to work in the office Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Gameday. We require longer hours or weekend/holiday work for events and other business needs related to the club and league calendar (Draft, Free Agency etc.).
