JOB OVERVIEW: The New York Football Giants are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager, Partnership Activation to join their Corporate Partnerships team. This role will lead the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnerships for their portfolio of business, ensuring that all client deliverables are met with excellence and creativity. The Manager is responsible for driving commercial revenue via upsells and renewals and will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and communications, to develop and implement partnership activation strategies that align with partners’ business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive annual sponsorship revenue with a focus on upselling and renewing existing sponsorship accounts across various categories and industries
- Cultivation and growth of close internal and external working relationships to help move business forward for both the team and the client
- Facilitate the fulfillment of all partnership elements, including in-game assets, broadcast integrations, digital/social, community, ticketing, and hospitality
- Oversee the execution of partnership contract fulfillment processes; including, but not limited to:
-Continuous learning around partners’ business goals and strategy objectives
-Manage sponsor creative approvals, both internally and externally
- Develop and present comprehensive partnership timeline and recap reports using key metric and analytic reporting tools
- Work across multiple departments to steer concepts from planning stage to execution year-round
- Ensure all partnership elements are in accordance with team, stadium and League guidelines
- Manage book of business and relationship touch points within key activation systems using SalesForce, Kore, Zoomph, etc.
- Develop and execute client roster events and assist with broader departmental and team events throughout the year, including Draft Day, Training Camp, 5k , etc.
- Lead game day elements, including but not limited to:
-VIP Client hosting (home and/or away games)
-Day-of-game promotions (pre/in/post-game)
-Feedback analysis and review
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Directors and Sr. Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in sponsorship knowledge across multiple properties, industries, and brands
- A strong understanding of the partnership landscape in sports, entertainment, and cause – related initiatives
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, negotiating, and managing partnerships

- Confidence and curiosity in discovery and research efforts
- Strong attention to detail time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills
