To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Platform Engineering Manager.

Your new role

As a Engineering Manager at New10, you will be responsible for leading our platform engineering team to ensure that our infrastructure supports our ambitious objectives and contributes to high-quality software delivery.
We’re looking for someone who has a mix of...

• A strong background in platform engineering and infrastructure management
• Proven experience in managing cloud services and architecture (preferably AWS)
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of tooling technologies such as Terraform Modules and NPM packages
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and how the platform team fits in it
• A deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse engineering team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various teams
• Experience with managing stakeholder requests, and delivering the best Developer Experience to our teams

What you will be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance development workflows
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on platform capabilities and business objectives
• Continuously assess and improve existing platform processes and technologies
• Drive initiatives that enhance the security and reliability of our infrastructure
