This role will be based in the NY, LA or Chicago office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.  

What You’ll Do:

This position is the primary technical resource for the field salesforce when selling Nexxen’s technology solutions to prospects at ad agencies and other digital marketing services providers. The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for pre-sales strategy and technical expertise for the development and implementation of client level solutions. The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders as the key technical adviser for our products. The Sr. Solutions Engineer must be fluent in articulating technology and solution positioning to both business and technical audiences and establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers. · Support Account Executives in selling Nexxen’s end-to-end marketing platform
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Evangelize the product at field events such as industry trade shows, training seminars, and private sales events
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and best practices to articulate how the Nexxen platform can maximize the effectiveness of its advertising strategies.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving blockers related to product integrations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to align client solutions with company capabilities.
  • Collect and document customer requirements and develop use cases for the Product Management team
  • Conduct market research and contribute to go-to-market strategy and tactics for the Product Marketing team · Traveling up to 25% of the time to support the National Enterprise Sales team

What will you bring?

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration, preferred 
  • 9+ years of relevant advertising technology experience in technical sales
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role or a similar position within the ad tech industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of advertising technology, digital marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales proposal and PowerPoint presentation authoring
  • Digital advertising campaign setup, management, optimizations, and reporting
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and data integration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY, Chicago, or LA is $100,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
