ServiceNow Associate Consultant - Discovery and CMDB - Entry Level

NEYO Ltd is excited to offer an entry-level position for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant specializing in Discovery and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals new to the field who are eager to explore and contribute to the effective management of IT assets and services through the ServiceNow platform. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while working on innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Discovery processes and configuration management modules within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and assist in mapping out the Discovery strategy.
• Participate in the configuration and customization of CMDB fields and data models.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation for configuration items and relationships.
• Help ensure data integrity within the CMDB by performing regular audits and assessments.
• Provide user support and training for Discovery and CMDB functionalities.
• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and industry best practices related to Discovery and CMDB.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT assets, networks, and service management concepts.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly its Discovery and CMDB functionalities, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and teamwork abilities to effectively work with clients and fellow consultants.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Any relevant internship or academic project experience will be an advantage.
