ABOUT THE POSITION:

NIQ is currently looking for a talented Post Sales Representative (m/f) in Madrid.

As a Post Sales Representative (m/f/d) you play a key role in enabling salespeople to focus on the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience when closing a contract. You work cross-functionally (sales, marketing, product leadership and delivery) to identify and implement the right mix of tools and processes so that opportunities can be realized faster. You act as an expert in internal sales processes related to quotation creation, legal issues, ordering and delivery to inform the Sales Consultants about best practices and ensure compliance.

 

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

  • Support in the administration and processing of orders, invoicing and coordination in product delivery to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Support in managing and improving the sales cycle from quote creation to invoicing, including the use of CRM and financial platforms
  • Work closely with key business functions across the quote-to-order lifecycle, including product delivery, finance, and legal, to clarify order issues and process orders quickly and accurately
  • Create feasibility checks for new customer inquiries (in close collaboration with delivery teams and operations)
  • Effectively manage numerous simultaneous inquiries and meet deadlines
  • Comply with company policies, knowledge of business rules and revenue recognition principles

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales operations, deal desk or finance, bachelor's degree preferred Detail and solution orientation, proactivity and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to build close working relationships with team members in different departments and/or at different management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Understanding the sales cycle and common problems sellers face with the Desire to drive improvements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, digital and international environment
